HDB registration is a Professional Credibility marker that matters specifically for HDB renovation work: it is a status HDB itself grants and can revoke, issued only to firms that meet its own conduct and competency requirements, not a badge a firm can claim informally or print on a business card without consequence. For the large majority of Singapore households who live in HDB flats, that registration is a practically important credential for a renovation firm to hold, arguably more consequential to most clients than a design award.

Portfolio & Proven Work

The firm covers the full span of HDB, condominium and landed renovation, plus office and retail fit-outs, rather than a single narrow niche. That breadth cuts two ways worth naming plainly: it suggests a firm with genuinely transferable renovation and project-management skill across property types, but it also means a prospective HDB client should ask directly how much of the firm's recent, specific experience is in HDB work rather than assume it from the breadth alone.

Design Excellence
