How The Interior Standard collects, uses and protects personal data, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
1. What We Collect
We collect personal data only where you provide it directly: your name, email address, and any company or message details you submit through our Nominate a Firm form. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies beyond what's strictly necessary to run the site.
2. Why We Collect It
Nomination form submissions are used to review the firm you've put forward against our editorial standard, and to contact you if our editors need more information. We don't use this data for any other purpose.
3. How We Store It
Submitted data is stored in our content database and accessible only to our editorial team. We keep it only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, for example, while a nomination is under active review.
4. Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We do not share it with third parties except where required by law, or with service providers who host our infrastructure and are bound to protect it to the same standard.
5. Your Rights
Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, request a correction, or withdraw consent at any time. To do any of this, use the report form linked below.

We'll update this page if how we collect or use personal data changes. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated effective date.
